Epcot’s Food and Wine Festival 2021 Opening Day was a great success. The festival has delicious World Showcase Food, entertainment and festival merchandise. We had a great time trying some of the food. Everything was so amazing. We even listened to the JAMMin’ Chef’s, who are fantastic. Here are a few things we tried.
Epcot’s Food and Wine Festival Australia Market Booth
The Grilled Sweet and Spicy Bush Berry Shrimp with Pineapple, Pepper, Onion, and Snap Peas was really delicious. It was sweet tasting but not too sweet. They also offer Roasted Lamb Chop with Sweet Potato Puree, Bush Berry Pea Salad and Pistachio-Pomegranate Gremolata. They also have a Deconstructed Pavlova with Pastry Cream Citrus-Macerated Berries, and Lemon Myrtle Meringue. The Australia Market Booth is located near Port of Entry.

We also tried the Kalua Pork Slider with Sweet-and-Sour Dole Pineapple Chutney and Spicy Mayonnaise. This was my favorite. It was so so good. They also offer the Teriyaki-glazed Spam Hash with Potatoes, Peppers, Onions, and Spicy Mayonnaise. A Tuna Poke with Eel Sauce, Spicy Mayonnaise and Crispy Shrimp Chips. A Passion Fruit Cheesecake with Toasted Macadamia Nuts. We had the Passion Fruit Cheesecake and it was awesome. The Hawaii Market Booth is located near Disney Traders.
