The Grand Floridian Gingerbread House is back for 2021. I always look forward to seeing the gingerbread house. It is so amazing and the smell is delightful. This year it is decorated in the colors of the 50th Anniversary theme. I think it is beautiful.
It is really a work of art. To make the gingerbread house it takes 1050lbs of honey, 140 pints of egg whites, 600lbs of powdered sugar, 700lbs of chocolate, 800lbs of flour and 35lbs of spice.
